this photograph but you have a back story of a father in law enforcement who did something similar? >> eye dii d i remember 8 or 10 old and watching my dad go into a donut shop, walk back out and bend down in exactly the same way that mr. deprimo did and hand this gentleman breakfast, shook his hand and walk away. in the same way, as larry wanted nothing of it, no attention, no anything. and i know that these things do happen all over the country with law enforcement all of the time. i still recognize it as remarkable and thought if nothing else i needed officer deprimo's supervisor to know that he had done this. >> you can actually see the blisters on his feet in that photo. were you surprised at just how viral the photo went and the impact, the message it sent to the rest of the country? >> absolutely. when it first came out i had no idea. one of my friends sent a picture, texted me. i didn't expect it. i didn't think anybody was around at the time. i asked him what had happened. how did you get this picture? he said it's on the internet. it blew up. to see some of the comments p

the palace says is extreme morning sickness. their laws are not strong out there. >> how are you doing? >> that's a good impression. >> you sound just like -- >> oh, my gosh. incredible. >> a whole lot of flow. absolutely. >> this morning police say a man has implicated himself in the death of that new yorker who was pushed on to the subway tracks. video released by police. 58-year-old victim, his name is ki-suck han standing casually as the alleged suspect argues with him just moments before he pushes him on to the path of an oncoming train. onlookers tried to wave down the train operator as han tried to climb back on the platform. the train's emergency breaks did not activate in time. han was struck and killed and many are asking if more could have been done to prevent this tragedy. it turned into outrage after "the new york post" published this picture. look at this for a moment. shows han in the seconds he was killed. the photographer who captured the image was beaten up yesterday in the media about why he didn't help and whether the post should have published this picture at all o

health care law. until we deal with that, there is no way to get our financial house back in order. i agree with the president. we need to focus on jobs, growth and get more people working. that's the way to increase revenue. >> the president talks about spending cuts. perhaps that's where you can see eye to eye with him. let me point to this abc news, washington post poll. the question was about raising taxes on incomes over $250,000 per year. you can see the numbers. 60% support which is in contrast with what the majority of your party is saying. are americans wrong? >> well, the american people know their mind. they say, let's tax somebody else. if those taxes are going to small businesses creating jobs, we need to bet more people working. the other poll said people believe if they send more in taxes the government will spend it, much of it will be wasted and the dollar figures are so large it's hard to fathom the debt we have. it's $16 trillion. it's an incredible amount. we have added another trillion dollars in just the last year. we need to get spending under control. >> senato
